These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the personal portfolio website at sammalanchuk.com (the "Site"), operated by Sam Malanchuk ("I," "me," or "my"). Unless otherwise noted, the content on the Site, including text, project descriptions, images, and original code samples, is owned by Sam Malanchuk or is used with permission.
Work shown in the portfolio, including project, client, and organization names and logos, belongs to its respective owners and is shown for demonstration purposes only.
You may view the Site and link to it. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site's content, or use it commercially, without my prior written permission.
The Site layout is based on the HTML5 UP "Spectral" template, used under its license. Its credit appears in the footer of each page.
